Blocked up

I'm blocked up today. Continuing on from yesterday's sore throat attack- just feeling generally ugggh . Some of it is allergy related sinus issues. My tolerance for meds is really low so I will be totally tripping out if I take some Anti-histamines to kick the allergic reaction.

But as a friend pointed out, misery or being stoned? Hmmmmmm.
