I have officially mastered the basics of preparing tamagoyaki (Japanese-style sweet rolled omelette). This is news because tamagoyaki is one of my favorite Japanese foods. Now I don't have to shell out $3.25 for two tiny slices over rice at sushi restaurants anymore! >:D
