After reading 40+ pages on psychopathology and finding out that schizophrenia is hereditary, I rushed to ask the person who gave me half of my genes if she had any relatives who were schizophrenic.
"Mom, do you have any relatives who were schizo?Cos it's genetic you know."
"No. -pause- Maybe you're the first one"
"Tsuk. Thanks mom."
"What? Just something to brighten your day."
