It's been a couple of weeks since I got back from my holidays in Washington and Oregon. Remiss of me not to give at least a quick post on it all.

Well, I have managed to almost 100% successfully organised myself to get to the UK, get to a wedding, see my parents, my sister and my nephew, move my old junk across the country and get back to Canada in time for work a week and a bit later ( Read more... )

That lets me work in Canada for the next two years (for one particular company, but it's good enough for me).

I also have sleep deprivation, and a pot of Comfort Inn's best 'I can't Believe they Call that Coffee' by my side. And a view of a scrap yard. Ahhhhh, Canada.

As mentioned previously, kauket arrived home on Thursday clutching a FedEx packager from Florida. Inside there was a whole variety of paper work for me to enter Canada to work. So I booked a ticket on Friday, started packing and disappear these shores this Thursday.

Which is all rather good news.
