He’s also very skinny. His age is a different question entirely, because his real form seems to be 22- but it is hinted that he might be older than he looks. Basically, no one knows how old he is. I tend to assume he’s about as old as Shibuya, which puts him at around 90-100 (though technically he’d probably been dead for a vast majority of that time). For some reason, missions stop coming, so Joshua takes Neku on missions throughout town searching for something. Eventually, Neku makes Joshua tell him, and he learns that Joshua is planning to take over Shibuya by killing the Composer, the one who is in charge of the Reaper’s Game. They make it to the Shibuya River, where he lives, but it was warded so they couldn’t get past it

Joshua has a girly appearence, but his personality accents it. He tends to scream ‘gay’ (or at least bisexual) at several points in the game. He has an eye for fashion, he flips his hair, giggles, calls Neku ‘dear,’ likes pink and rainbows, and talks about spending ‘quality time’ with Neku. Yea.
In short, Joshua’s an arrogant asshole with a very, very slight soft spot for the few people he actually likes. Powers: Joshua is ridiculously powerful in his canon, without even touching ‘assumed’ powers (basically powers that other people considered lower in ranking/power have, but it’s never stated that he has). Plus, there is that fact that the only powers we are shown are when his power is diminished. Basically, he’s really freaking powerful

4. Samples First-Person: Oh my. I certainly didn’t expect that. ‘That’ being the suddenly departed from anything that seemed familiar. At least I still have my cellphone. [giggle] Though it seems I don’t get service in outer space. Not surprising, but a pity all the same.
Oh, but where are my manners? Howdy, everyone. My name’s Joshua. We’ll all get along splendidly, I’m sure. Third-Person:Joshua sighed, idlely watching those passing him by. He didn’t think that everyone having their separate worlds unto themselves was such a bad thing anymore, but there were still people who didn’t limit it to their own worlds. They tried to impose their worlds on others, to make them think the same and always agree. A bit like what his Conductor had done, really, but with more of a malicious intent. People who thought, ‘I’m the only one who’s right in this world,’ and ‘If you aren’t exactly like me, you’ll never fit it.’ In a way, that’s how the trends of Shibuya worked- but when you imposed thoughts, ways of life, and morals on the people that way
