At the end of my patrol last night, around 6 a.m., two young guys tried to rob a twenty-four hour convenience store. I happened to be nearby so I was able to easily stop them and tie them to a lamp post. After I made sure that the clerk was alright and had him call the police, I was heading back to my motorcycle.

So for now, when I'm not around, he has to stay in the cage. I'm working on putting all of the dangerous things behind a locked door and then he can have the run of the place pretty much. Yes, I've decided to keep him. I don't think I've smiled this much in months.
I love the idea of Jabez. We'll see!

By the way, if you introduce him to Batpig when he's young, he won't think of him as food.

And that's a good suggestion about Batpig. I'll carefully introduce the two once the kitten's had a few days to adjust to his new home.
