quick update; or fuck yeah spring break!
SO. been in wellington the past few days. not really been up to much - been going to the victoria uni library for when i have to do work (and you should see the nasty looks i get for getting on the auckland uni elearning pages from their computers) and bumming around. gotten a couple of great authentic tamil dinners at the relatives', and we're leaving for mt ruapehu in about half an hour. going to spend the whole of tomorrow either skiing or snowboarding (i still haven't picked - would prefer boarding but have been told that skiing's easier to pick up) at turoa.
then it's off to wanganui on sat for a wedding - the theme is favourite wedding attendee so my aunt's going as an ice sculpture and i'm probably going as either the drunk ex or the crazy aunt everyone pretends they don't know. then it's back to wellington on sunday, got another lunch at another cousin's place (or set of cousins rather - this is one time you won't hear me complaining about convoluted tamil familial ties!) and then i'm just chilling on monday before heading back to auckland that afternoon.
gonna catch a quick nap, walked down to cuba st and back up (when i say 'down' and 'back up' i mean literally, these hills are insanely steep) this morning in search of mysterious object(s) which i managed to procure so all good. (Y) how're you guys doing?
