What I love most about working so close from home is that you get to stretch your lunch hour. Like today, I had time for lunch with my colleagues, shared a nice cold chendol with my boss, and still had time to head home to check on Cookie. Before I left for work this morning, Cookie looked so sad, he didn't even gobble up his breakfast like he usually do. I think it has to do with the fact that my mom's been giving him the cold shoulder since he dirtied the fresh pile of laundry last night. Poor doggy, he looked so guilty the entire day! It was only when I came back to see him during lunch, that he perked up and went back to his usual tail wagging self.
