Okay, I'm pretty sure driving in India makes a lot more sense if you're a strict believer in reincarnation.
We're home. I'm tired. Jet lag works both ways!
Jet Airways wins a nice prize for not being a shitty airline. The crew of our flight was very professional, especially when we hit a bad path of turbulence on the flight back from Brussels.
I read three books while we were over there. Men of Tomorrow: Geeks, Gangsters, and the Birth of the Comic Book, Comic Wars, & His Majesty's Dragon (on the iPhone). Cynra also read some of HMD on the way home.
Someone tell Tor it works. We're gonna get the omnibus of the first three books.
Greatly enjoyed HMJ & MoT. Comic Wars was almost unreadable, but dull at the very least. I started The Ten Cent Plague, which is treading similar ground to MoT.
I am surprised to learn how much of a useless tool Bob Kane was. He apparently only sort of invented Batman. Seriously. And Mort Weisinger also doesn't come out too well.
