Yeah, all that I have found in the major press is this: http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/americas/02/10/puerto.rico.ap/index.html.

Basically, it just talks about the FBI searching the homes of a "militant group." There are few details, and the whole thing is characterized as counter-terrorism, with most of the story talking about older acts of violence by the Macheteros.
