So today after work we are moving to the new house. We were suppose to move the 15th had the movers all set up to come early , I will be on vacation, I picked up a show to due on the 13th for cash to help pay for movers, the 14th I would have taught my first class, BUT !!! the apartment complex were we live decided to finally fix the drive way and ( Read more... ) -
we have a house !!!
Late last week we finalized the deal and we are now home owners :)
I am pretty excited about this. I will have an actual room just for my home theater and also for my project studio.
I will post some pic's of the house soon.

Well we have a signed deal on a house. Got the price we were looking for , I kind of feel bad for this young couple cause they are loosing $20,000.00 that I know of in just 2 years I don't understand why they don't continue to live there but whatever ( Read more... ) -
Well we made an offer
We decided to make an offer on this house we went back to today. I am just waiting to hear back from Joan on how it went.

House hunting,,,,,,,
So James and I have been looking at houses, the market is very favorable for buyers. We started out with a real estate agent I found on line and well she was okay, looked at 4 houses but did not like any of them. She was not exactly a helpful person either ( Read more... ) -
It is official !!!!
Today we had the interview with the CIC for James permanent residence and he is officially a permanent resident of Canada!!!! It took about 10 minutes way easier then we thought.
