Well, I tried to push the name Bess, seeing as it was a pretty common cow name. But my daughters wouldn't have it. Told me it was rubbish. So, they named it. They've been calling her Tipper, because they heard about cow tipping.
Uhm, not entirely sure. I just am. Maybe to meet new people. Get away from my responsibilities, a bit, without having to make a trip to the local to get pissed.
Nice to meet you, Graham. I'm Gwen. Why exactly do you have a cow in your backyard? Or do you live in the country? Well, I guess I just gave it away that I have no clue what Surrey's like. *grins*
That's alright, Gwen. Surrey is southwest of the city of London, and northwest of Gatwick Airport. It's in the country, yes. Well, it's the general area, and then there are smaller cities and hamlets and such within it.
So, that's why I have a cow. Her name's Tipper, thanks to my two daughters.
Ah, yeah. Most people do. Really not much to see in Surrey. There are a lot of holiday places, though, so that's why people come here. It's scenic. London's enjoyable, so it makes more sense that people would stay there.
*smiles*
California. Never actually made it that far west. Stuck to the east coast while I was over there for business. New York, specifically.
*laughs*
No, not after Al Gore's wife. Didn't know her name was Tipper. My daughters heard about cow tipping, and thought it was hilarious. So, hence the name.

And thanks, of course, for the welcome.

Cow tipping..*remembers tipping in his younger years*
I let my daughter name a couple cows we have, and we have Barbie, Myrtle, and Liesl, so good on you for letting them name her.

*makes an impressed face*
Where's it located in France?
*laughs*
To be perfectly honest, I'm surprised that they didn't name it Barbie. Is Liesl from the Sound of Music?
*laughs again*
Glad to know that I'm not the only dad with a cow. And you've got me beat - you've three cows. Or more?

Though, I don't think there's much left to talk about, considering we've already gone through the introductions and the inane babbling.
Mainly me, by the way. I did most of the babbling, and I'm aware of it.

Yep, I'm American. Born in Wisconsin, live in Los Angeles, California now. I'm a big city girl.
Tipper? I take it she wasn't named after Al Gore's wife.
