(no subject)
It feels so weird not getting ready to go back to school. It is going to be even more strange packing up and leaving the state in about 5 months.
This summer has been good just bumming around but I'm starting to get bored. I have read the Harry Potter books I have finished the third through sixth and I'm a little more than half way through the seventh. I have realized that the books are so much better than the movies. The movies leave so much out. I still love the movies and can't wait for the rest of them, but the books are better. It's weird to know that when I'm done reading this last book there aren't anymore. I have to find out what to read next. I have a bunch of my older books that I might read through again, or the rest of the Wicked series, or Chronicles of Narnia, or something else, I'm not sure.
I went to my first Cubs gave on Monday. I went with Rich, my aunt and uncle, and my cousins. I was so excited. We were all the way up in the nosebleed section but it was cool. We were all the way up level with some of the tops of the buildings it was an awesome view, and of course I forgot my camera. I'll have to see what pics my aunt got. It was a good came. It was against St. Louis, a lot of their fans where there too, I think that makes a better game when there are both fan bases there. There was an hour rain delay but being up so high we were covered so we didn't get wet. The Cubs unfortunatly lost, but that's all good. They are still in first or second place, I'm not sure which right now. Also, I got to be in Chicago. I love the city. I am going to miss it so much when we leave.
