Okay here is this weeks training schedule
Mornings Mon-Fri
30 mins interval training (jogging / skipping) mixed with situps, pushups etc
Afternoons
Alternate btw - 1 hr 30 min walks - wit hills and jogging periods
or
30-40 mins bike ride
Weekends
1hr bike ride one day
2-4 hr walk other day
Any motivation / stick to it tips from anyone?
