Dow Jones and the Temple of Doom

anyways... for those who wish i updated more ofen, this goes out to you!
so ya, this week has been kind of interesting... i'll start w/ last saturday night, so im out with shane doug and jeff and we are chillin' and whatnot, and we go to the 99... while we were there i am thinking to myself " hey, my big toe really hurts...hmm maybe my shoe is getting too small" but i think nothing of it and the night goes on as normal, i come home and think that ill just go to bed and wake up and it'll be okay...dead wrong...
so i wake up sunday and i can't even walk on my right foot, the pain is almost unbearable, so my mom calls my doctor cause she wanted me to go to the ER, and while we are waiting for a return call, i decide i just need to go cause the pain is like spreading up my leg as minutes tick by, so my dad takes me to Carney Hospital (where he works as a Pharmacist) and i get to use a wheelchair (i have never gotten to use one before...wicked fun!) so eventually they take me in and check my foot out, it's all huge and swollen...theres all these old and sick people around me, it was kinda depressing...well to make a very long and boring story short... none of the doctors could figre out what was wrong with me w/ and certainty, the x-rays and blood tests came back fine i guess, so they discharged me with crutches, and open-toed shoe and a Rx for Vicidin...which i havent taken any, ive just been loading up on motrin... so i just come home and stay off my foot, and it's been like that for the last few days, i havent been to school this week, and im not sure if i am going to go, i went to my doctor on monday and he thinks with almost certainty, that i have Gout, which is an inflammation in bodily joints that commonly starts in the big toe, its something that can be recurring if not controlled w/ certain diets, which i am really hoping doesnt affect my desire to be a firefighter :( but on the good side, it might be enough to keep me out of the draft should there be one :), so that's been the deal this week... kate and keighti came over sunday night to visit me, then monday kate came over to spend the day w/ me, and shane and doug visited in the evening...then yesterday, kate left school and came over here for a few hours before she had to work, shes so amazing :) muah! i love you babe! thanks!
so, in other news, rick came last friday to pick up the formula, so i no longer have it, but he gets it to the shop and throws a new battery in it and DRIVES IT INTO THE SHOP! haha, all thats time w/out running and he drives it into the shop, well it was also only firing on 7 cylinders, so he fixed that and ran through the car, he is in love with it, so he might just keep it when he fixes it all up, but he also proposed the idea of trading it back for the vic, which i really hope he does, because i hate the vic...again it barely started yesterday... i mean BARELY started i had to rev the shit out of it for it to even slightly turn over and it was pouring smoke out of the tailpipe :/... if i got the formula back, i would be THE MAN haha...not really but oh well
hmm, in school, senioritis has taken full effect on me, i just don't care anymore haha, all day is just a waste of 7 hours, but oh well, i can deal i suppose, oh yeah, my poetry teacher is in love with me hehe, im a poet...fat chance!
so yeah, m actually looking forward to the proms, we are taking a navigator to kates prom, which should be cool, not sure about after plans though... we are taking an H2 to my prom though! yayy!! but again not sure about after plans...
may 16th and 17th!! Metalfest!! yahoo!! i cannot wait, this year is going to be amazing, like every hardcore band i like is goign to be there...Nora, Converge, 18 Visions, The Red Chord, Most Precious Blood...the list goes on and on, me and JC are totally hitting that up... and Boysetsfire and Hope Conspiracy on April 6th!!!! again hitting that up w/ JC and Mikey i think...that should make my life haha
well, i think i basically covered the big things that have gone down... oh yeah, i talked to becca the other night online, man have i missed her... hopefully we will be able to chill soon :) well, im hungry so im gonna see what we have here, byebye!
