Reliving the mistakes
So after a few millenium pass, Sovena finally starts realising how much it sucks when you keep destroying things and there is nothing to play with.
Unlike the Gods SHE KINDA CAN'T PRETEND THAT SHE'S NORMAL. Mostly because I think she has absolutely no idea how. The reason she only really destroys things and never really creates is because she is:
A) Really fucking dumb
B) Really fucking childish
C) Really fucking uncreative
And really the only reason she turns people into sharktoothed cannibals is because she doesn't want to be the only one like that and she's basically just trying to make some friends. She's fufilling a childs' selfish wish not to be alone or the only one who is like her.
Unfortunately because evolution is a thing and the strain she creates begins to mutate she never does manage to create someone who is exactly like her. SUCKS TO BE YOU, BITCH.
However, During the beggining of the Science Wars, she manages to hole away somewhere in the Lyrunannum Valley and begins to plague Lyra. After everything is said and done, she realltjust wants a mother and friends. However she is still a creepy little bugger and nobody is really comfortable around her no matter what happens. Also, Lyras' kids end up with sharkteeth after awhile too and even though Bishop is an international model at this point and it really just enhances his popularity its still not that good of a thing because Lyra basically cries for like a solid week because Sovena has, once again, ruined the only thing in her life that has made her happy after all the shit she has gone through.
So after awhile of trying and failing to be a mother to the little freak of nature, she sets up Sovena with a bunch of New Caspican and Omacaran trade runners and she stays with them for awhile, freaking alot of people out and accidentally killing a few Sandkritts in like, two seconds. Luckily, they just think she is badass instead of the Great Undoing of the World and she kinda sorta ends up with a family.
Of course, they end up killed by a bunch of crazies that she herself created. After this happens, Sovena basically buries herself in the desert for another few hundred years and sometime during this, Marvey comes across her while looking for Jace in the bone desert. Cue Sovena actually giving good advice and stopping the crazy ginger from wiping out the northern hemisphere in freckled rage.
She starts restricting herself to the body of a 12-year old (even though she was technically 14 pre-TAo) and develops a liking to extremely overstuffed plush Zebras.
