Poem: Ambition

I pray,
That someday I will be strong enough,
To look my fear in the eye,
And vanquish it with a smile and the words "no more".

I hope,
That someday I'll be bold enough,
To untether my devils,
And embrace them one by one, as parts of the whole.

I dream,
That someday I'll be secure enough,
To bare my soul,
So every scar can sing it's story, loud and unashamed.
