My Silver Cowboy Boots of the Day
Missed so many days. Sheesh.
Saturday: Made progress on my essay (though not as much as I would have liked). Still, feels good to get stuff done, even partly.
Sunday: Went grocery shopping (which sucks) but it's nice to not have to worry about having no food for a while. Though I'm still too lazy to make meals, but whatever.
Yesterday: My evening class was cancelled, so I finished my essay and then watched No Heroics for the first time as reward.
Today: My art project went over really well. Even better than the last one, I think. My prof told me to submit it to the Juried Art Show happening this week (I made hand-knit and stuffed hiliter markers). She even said it was the sort of thing I could theoretically sell to galleries at $25 each. LOL. For 1.5 hours of work on each one, that's a pretty good rate. XD
Of course, I don't think that will happen, but it was nice to get such praise from my prof and the other students, especially since I don't really consider myself to be an "artist" or "good at art" at all.
Anyway, meeting time now, then class/submit essay. Woo.
