As you wish
Remember when I predicted the weekend was going to be AWESOME? Well, I was half right. I didn’t take into account the role PMS could have on my mood and I spent the majority of the weekend at home- popping Midol like Tic Tacs and catching up on some overdue book reading.
I spent a considerable amount of money on music recently and purchased the following:
M83- Dead Cities Red Seas & Lost Ghosts
Green Day - Best of
Queen- Box set
Black Flag - Everything Went Black
I was going to buy a Galaxie 500 record but promptly put it back because it wasn’t a necessity.
My thoughts on Curiousa:
• Expected to see more people I knew
• Interpol was pretty good but Mogwai was FANTASTIC
• The last 30 minutes of the Cure set had me in tears. They played almost
every song I wanted to hear. Starting with Pictures of You and ending
with Boys Don’t Cry. Just Like Heaven was somewhere in the
mix. It was too perfect.
New Order is the perfect background music for night time driving.
My dog, Bubbles, has this peculiar habit of sticking her tongue up nostrils. Anyone who has spent considerable time with my dog can confirm this. Last night: during the wee hours, as I lay peacefully asleep, she started to lick up my left nostril. She must have hit the jackpot because her tongue up my nostril caused me to have my first nosebleed in two years. Why am I telling you this?!?!
Unless you have definitive proof, I refuse to believe Jamie Lee Curtis was a hermaphrodite.
Who wants to go to Polyesthers with me? I know you want to!!
