I am going to attempt to make baklava tonight for the first time. If it doesn't turn out right, I just may have to resort to harassing the occupants of the first Greek household I come to (there is a pretty big Greek population here, so I won't have to look too hard) until they bribe me to leave with a big tray of baklava and maybe some souvlaki

Thanks for your comment. I was having a "long dark night of the soul".
It happens more and more lately. I have a lot more self examination
and/or dreamwork to do, however insomnia is sort of a deterrent to that. Anyway,your message made me feel not so alone.
The Baklava recipe sounds delicious. Although the Greek harassment plan would probably work if you were diligent enough. My mom made the best baklava and Hungarian nut rolls ever. Have a great evening and again, thank you.
