I went out to the local park today to feed the geese.
But first I went to the store to buy dinner.
Along the way, I met a young man who lives in our building. We made small talk about the nicer weather today. It was a very nice experience, but after we parted I realized that I had already forgot his name.

The sky looked great to me. Along the way I snapped some pictures with my phone.

It was wonderful being outside in such pleasant weather. It was much better than the higher temperatures we've been having recently.

Walking to the park, I had a nice conversation with my mother.
We talked about her coming to visit in September.

After our phone call, I broke up the suet block to bits in my hand and tossed them to the birds, since one of them kept pecking at the skirt of my dress. I made small showers of bursts of seed chunks.
Watching them eat, I saw that the geese were less combative than they normally are.

Two young men approached and I told them it was a beautiful day. Their faces showed that they were smiley types too.

I wiped my hands off on the long grass of the field at the park.
I sat down on a park bench to relax and watch the sky.
I enjoyed it.
That goose was nibbling at my skirt again.

I had bought some rolls at the store as well. We wouldn't need all of them, so I opened them up and gave two away to the geese. I was flinging that bread anyway I could.

I took a few photos. I saw many people out today. Families coming to and going from the pool, couples out together, children playing. I had't seen this many people out in a long while. And none of them watching into their phones.
