Bella couldn’t run fast enough. Her truck had broken down in the middle of the road, so she ran the rest of the way. She nearly cried with relief that his car was there in his driveway.
She tripped on the way to the stairs, then she ripped her dress on some loose wood on the steps. She all but fell on the porch. She banged her fist against the door. “Jake! Jake, please! I made a mistake! I choose you! Please let me in!”
She sank to her knees, sobbing with all she had.

Very good, but my favorite was the first one :) I'm enjoying picturing Jacob's face. (I'm assuming it was Jacob. I guess it could have been Billy that opened the door. That would have been embarrassing.)

First, I'm so proud of you for not caving in and using all of the songs you got. It give you a nice, accomplished feeling, doesn't it? :)

These were really wonderful. Especially liked the second one because he's so tragically wrong. :(

Thank you ^_^ I'm a longtime fic author on ff.net, though I've never really written for Twilight. I want to get back to where writing is fun, and when it gets to the point that you're not really writing for yourself anymore and there's so much pressure it's hard. I don't want to be one of those authors that starts this huge fic and never finishes, I've already got two and half big stories, but I find myself tempted by Twilight. I tell myself it would irresponsible to start a new series when I haven't even really finished with an old one but after three months of wanting to and still being tempted...

Okay, I was in the exact same spot you are in about...two years ago. I had a bunch of unfinished fics over on FFnet and hadn't written anything in almost a year. But I had JUST gotten into the Twilight fandom and found myself itching to write. And here's how I looked at it: None of my old fics were going to get finished whether I started writing Twific or not. I just didn't follow my old fandoms anymore, so I wasn't inspired to write for them
