why did i never watch gantz before?

i finally saw the first movie. and i liked it. although there were so many STOP BLOODY POSING AND THINKING AND ACT ALREADY moments. how many times did they have a clear shot but the characters chose to stand there and contemplate on the meaning of life instead of doing things quickly and saving everyone in the process? >_>; oh well. i wanna see the second movie now. is the anime good? i'm kinda tempted to read the manga now.

and a song of ice and fire. i just finished the third book, a storm of swords, today. i pre-ordered the 5th book a while back and my kindle dled it on the day it came out. idk if i want to start the fourth book. it seems my favorite characters aren't really in it. aaand i should be doing other things. like packing. i leave japan for good next week ;__________;

speaking of which. i have never cried so hard in public. FML. i didn't mean to. i said my words fine and no tears although one student was crying when she read her farewell letter to me. then i left that stage and the tears started to spill out like an overflowing dam. not to mention my school made me walk through all the students in the gym as they clapped at me. i must've looked horrible >_____<; only in japan. today was the last day of term and my last day at school ever.

anyway idk. i thought i should make some blog post because it's been a while. and i need something to mark the occasion of me leaving japan for good. my flight home is on the 28th. beer festival in koriyama starts on the 27th XD guess where i'm buggering off to before i head off home? :D
