back to work
Today is officially the first day of sweater season. I'm wearing my blue/brown/grey Haggar sweater today.
Second day back at the office and things aren't too bad so far. We're coming under an audit this next week, but it's actually not that bad for me because it means I have a specific set of things that I need to get done this week that I needed to catch up on anyways and none of them are that difficult. We have a new second line manager; Greg has moved off to work on some other things, so Charlie in Raleigh, who was my manager two years ago, is now my second line--should be interesting, but not in a bad way.
Also, I found out that I may be eligible for two weeks of parental leave that I didn't know about prior to Olivia's birth, but my manager needs to check on it with HR. *crosses fingers*
