Quick Baby Update
Had our weekly appointment at the obstitrician's today. Baby to doing okay--today's ultrasound indicated that it's starting to breath now, exercising its lungs in the womb. Andrea, however, has started showing signs of preeclampsia (pregnancy-related high blood pressure), so they ordered up some tests and put her on bed rest. We go back in tomorrow to go over the results of the tests. Depending on the test results, they may try inducing her earlier than the due date on Sept. 20th, possibly even this weekend already if the tests come back very poorly.
