softball 2006
Chapman's Homer (the U of Toronto grad English ball team) wrapped up the softball season tonight with another victory and improved on last year's all-time best 5 and 4 record with a 7 and 2. (and we really, really should've won one of those lost games)
and because i'll eventually forget, and because it's just one of those things that i would want to remember for its ego-inflating ludicrousness, i'm going to post my ridiculously inflated slo-pitch batting stats.

next softball challenge? defending the newly minted Kendall Shields Hyperbowle, the over-sized and expensive cup that we bought to both honour the founder of the team and to present to the winner of the Homers vs. faculty game. (and despite the fact that i haven't attended U of T for over a year, now, i refuse to be called a 'ringer'...)
