Oh, I'm a Tuna in a WinCo Can
Magnificently windy and freezing today! Like, winds in the 20s and temps in the 20s too!! Very intense weather for these parts, though quite reminiscent of a good winter's chill on the Mountain.
Today, to celebrate Day 172 of my Snapchat Streak with my sister, I did a mini opera about WinCo tuna making fun of other tuna to a catchy melody. Then the "other tuna" shows up!! To do this, I bought both water and oil versions of Chicken of the Sea, Starkist, and Bumblebee, plus water and oil versions of Bumblebee solid white albacore tuna, plus a (somehow?!?) even more premium can of Bumblebee albacore tuna in a GOLD CAN, as well as a random bougie brand that no one's ever heard of, and one of those GIANT cans of tuna to serve as the President. It was a fun little show, and I've been cooking it up for weeks!
Also...I spent like $20 buying all that fancy tuna. So let's hear it for commitment to the bit! But there is another benefit: It'll be nice to try basically literally every tuna and compare them side by side in a definitive once-and-for-all showdown.
