so it has been upped yet again to code orange.
stepped back into the hospital today to clear some admin work before leaving next week. and boy, what a sight it was.
all staff were in n95 or drager masks, all visitors were wearing surgical masks (though some really have no idea how to wear a mask properly!). thermal scanners were all in place, bins for proper mask disposal were located all over the campus grounds.
there's this tense atmosphere in the hospital grounds. i suppose people working in the hospital do realize the seriousness of the situation and its impact on the nation as a whole.
and with all that, i'm leaving the country for a week long holiday. have to admit that i'm rather worried though. would rather be in singapore where i have more confidence in our systems (no offence) and where i can get first hand information about the situation.
