I have never been so happy in all my life. Never. This is the best time of my life. My mother asked me Sunday night, "Looking back, what is your favorite time in your life." It felt great to be able to say honestly, "Right now ( Read more... )

It's wonderful to hear that things are going so swimmingly over yonder. Everyone is getting along and yay!

I watched Angels in America and it pretty much changed my outlook on life. You didn't tell me it was 6 hours long, though :-p I had to break it up into several sittings. It was kind've funny... I finished up the last chapter right before I had to rush over and pick up my friend to go see our local theatre version of Sordid Lives. It was quite a switch in mood, that's for sure! I was pretty amazed that a) there was a play of it and b) that Bartlesville, OK would do it. Brother Boy was actually played by a hairdresser in our town who wore all his own drag outfits. It was pretty hilarious, though. Especially the fact that the mother of one of my elementary school friends held up the County Treasurer, a local radio personality, and a guy I went to HS with at gunpoint and dolled them up like women. Great fun.

So I realize that this comment should probably have been an E-mail, but tough tangerines, missy!

yeah, I think I just made that up....

I like "tough tangerines!" It's fun.

Yeah, Angels in America will do that. It's epic yet intimate. Tony Kushner is my hero, quite literally.

And yes, Sordid Live in OK does sound quite suprising, but I'm glad it was as fun as it sounds. Crossdressing is always more interesting with people you know!
