Tis the season

Everyone keeps saying "Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays...  It must be really hard on you."
It is what it is.  A good friend of mine puts it best when saying, "is it baggage or luggage?"  Everyone has their past, their shit if you will.  How do they carry it?  Is it a burden on their life or do they make the most of it.
Well folks, mine is definitely luggage.  My parents were here for a short time and loved me for a lifetime.  Now they are gone and left me with a lovely plethora of memories to cherish.

So let the craziness of the holidays begin.  I have the next entire weekend planned to the T.
Tomorrow I will be working hopefully only til 5:30ish and then heading to a Christmas party in Warren.  Followed by grocery shopping and prepping for Saturdays breakfast.  And somewhere in there doing laundry.
Saturday early morning is breakfast with Hulett, Nicolle, Amy, Brandon, and Jess with a little gift exchange and laughs. Clean up breakfast mess and possibly take nap or work on more handmade gifts.  Aunt and uncle's in the evening followed by Hulett's for their all night party.  Heading out to Allen Park while they are at church.  Still feel no reason to go.  After that, going back to the Hulett's/Grabowski's for more Wigilia fun. Head home at some obscure hour of the night/morning to get maybe 4 hrs rest.
Christmas day will be Reo's and hanging out with Brandon's family in Warren.

I am making the most of every moment.  Hop on this bandwagon with me.
