Has it ever been proven that Klaus couldn't be Agatha's biological father? Especially given
this scene? Or is the timeline all wrong?
Hmm... I think something's been said along the lines of Gil and Agatha not being a "Luke and Leia" setup, but L&L were fraternal twins, not half-siblings, so...?

Agatha's been proven Heterodyne. I think given the castle's picky track record we can probably accept this as a given. Plus the Jaager's sense of smell. Lucrezia was only Heterodyne by marriage... I must admit there's definitely some sort of mystery there given the whole heir was a son bit, but this is Mad Science world.

Klaus was sent away for four years by Lucrezia. Around 400 days after, she had a son. After the son, she had Agatha. Sometime after, Klaus returned.
Now, sure, Klaus could be her father via stored sperm and in vitro fertilization.
But all the Jagers recognise Agatha as a Hetereodyne via scent, and the Castle tasted her blood and found it to be Heterodyne blood.
