Sent email off to the contracting agency which is pretty much a wing of the employer, saying that the current job was twelve types of shite and could I roll the dice again, please?
Y'know, it's not just that the place has obviously been left to marinate for years in the filth of its own broken-down policies and processes, it's that no-one is doing a damn thing about it.
I wouldn't mind working in a Kafkaesque hellhole of stupidity if there was obvious evidence that it was being actively repaired on a fairly promising schedule.
But fuck me twice with broken glass if I'm going to sit around wasting my life in the business equivalent of a collapsed sewage plant.
