CNBC survey finds US Consumer Sentiment falling in what could perhaps best be described as a recession-like nosedive. And the kicker? This was underway before the 9.0 earthquake/tsunami/nuclear disaster in Japan and before we found out we are going to be involved in a war with Libya.
