House had made Chase order another set of chest x-rays. The infiltrates had started clearing up, and his breathing was much clearer. The difficulty was mainly because of the drugs, at least in House's mind. So he got the nurse to get his discharge papers in order and Chase to prescribe fluconazole for at home. He was leaving whether Chase liked it

"Coming home to me today?" Foreman asked, seeing that the nurse was drawing up papers.

"Yeah. Chase isn't happy about it, but the histo's clearing up and amphotericin's going to start doing serious damage if I stay on it." House signed where she indicated.

"I've got my car here," he said, "so whenever you're ready I can take you home."

"Not driving the 'vette while you have the keys?" he teased, finishing signing out. He already had his things in his bag and turned to go.
