yea..i'm still here..umm..just ran a race today at probably the toughest cource i'll ever run in high school..it was at deliea park..up at 18 and between dequinder and ryan..i ran 18:53 for 3 miles..that was horrible..i felt horrible..i came in 5th in my age group..and 24th overall..i shouldnt have ran today cause i legs still hurt from the race last wednesday...but i did find out one thing..centerlines 3rd runner was their..and beat me by like 30secs...and if we want to win anything or any championships this year..thats the guy that i HAVE to beat...if not..all the traning and hard work will be worth nothing..i'm really sore right now..and i have work tommorow..so i'm out for now..
