..pervious personal record..was 18:55...yep if you havent figured it out already..yes..i ran a race today up in lansing...it was a tough cource but i survived..i could have ran alot better..my brother beat me by 1 sec..and i only came in 13th place overall and 5th in my age group from 15-19 yr olds..also..if anyone is interested in joining CROSS COUNTRY..their is a meeting at mr.campbell house tommorow at 7:00..we really need runners..well thats all i got for now..i'll write more later..i'm out for now..peace...@~Riki~@
