Managed three for three on getting up early to go to the gym after week of too ill to do so. Can anyone recommend a good diet that I have a reasonable chance of following that would melt away body fat if you are getting a decent amount of exercise? Well, the Art School finally got back to me, approximately two weeks after they said they would.
