Ok so I shall now enlist the help of the Scene for this:

I want an efficiency, preferably Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, even Annandale, Merrifield or Vienna, at last chance DC.. no more than $900/mo (incl utilities).

Move-in date by: May 21 2008

If not an efficiency than a basement apartment in a house, but I prefer an efficiency for now.

I'm already on a few roommate websites and thinking of advertising for an efficiency on Craigslist, but what do the experts suggest?
