Is the "non-drama" month over?

Nov 02, 2004 10:53

Not that I did a terribly good job of staying away from the drama, but when my family decided to play Days of our Lives with me, what the hell else am I to do?

Damn, but I could use a good pick-me-up.

Any suggestions from the peanut gallery on how to make Nita feel a little less like a fat, ugly, dirty-in-body-and-soul lump?

state of nita, networking, family

hie thee hither to the BUtterfly Conservatory for a couple of hours (yes, excuse yourself from work, and just *go*)

sit amidst the peace and tranquility for a while and breathe deeply.

Tah - I'll drag you off while I do something...perhaps retail therapy - I need stuff for Caesar.

Problem - semi-swamped in crap (new person here, processing remains from 2 tradeshows in 3 weeks, general bullshit).

Yah, I'm actually *busy* here.

Might be able to get out for lunch.

sweetie, if you're going to ask for suggestions, they'll do you absolutely no good if you insist on throwing roadblocks in front of all of them...

left to your own devices, you'll find ample excuses to refute or avoid just about anything.

just *go*.
