what is this productiveness??

Wow... doing school work makes me really tired. haha.  This afternoon I actually worked the entire time.  After class, I came back to the flat and did the dishes (of course... no one else does them) then made a cup of tea, and got to work.

So, what productiveness happened this afternoon:
   1) I got all the info for all my exams
   2) I picked the topics for all my exams that I'm going to study/concentrate on
   3) I started to structure my thoughts/basic outlines for the exams/essays.

So I feel like I've accomplished a lot.  Now all I have to do is gather together extra essay information, and finish picking which poets I'm going to concentrate on for my Romanticism final (I've narrowed it down to 2 novelists, and 3 poets... I think I'm gonna get rid of one more poet.)

And some good news:  I changed my flight!  So I'll be home 6 June at 1:20 pm.  YAY!!  And it only took $40 to change the flight, as opposed to the original $125 or $220 I originally thought it might cost.  And I got a window seat, so I'm happy :oP

I'm hungry, and I'm looking forward to this free dinner tonight.  Especially since it's at an asian restaurant, and I haven't had chinese food since the beginning of February (not counting the fried rice I made the other night lol).  So I'm excited.

What else happened today... nothing much.  I got up a lot later than I wanted to, but... I'm okay with that.  Tonight I'm going to pick out the last poet I'm gonna study, then I'll chill and then tomorrow I'll start my black death paper so I can have it finished on friday, so that on tues when I'm ready to do work again I can just start studying for my exams, and be done with some studying before friday when Alix gets here.

One thing I'm not looking forward to: picking out a destination place for the trip with Alix.  I hate planning these travel plans.  That's what I've discovered.  I'd be fine with it if I was driving, but I'm not.  I have to take a train into dublin, then a link thing to the other train station, or walk to the bus station, to get taken to the final destination point, where we have to search for the hostel.  I don't like depending on people I don't trust (aka: total strangers...) so public transportation just rubs me the wrong way.

Anyway, I'm off to get ready for dinner.   Yay!

life, school
