grad school panic attack #1
Last night I had my first panic attack about grad school. I was catching up on a show that I hadn't watched in a while, and one of the people in it is rich, and he's basically spending his money to help out his love interest, 'cause he's freakin' rich. And his love interest is in college... and I started to think "oh shit, moneyyyyy" 'cause I don't have a job yet (or an apartment).
And THEN I started thinking about all the books I need to read and all the writing I need to do ('cause wouldn't you guess, the show I was watching had authors and literature profs and students as the main characters), and I started to panic.
I'm excited for grad school, but I just hope to hell I'm ready for it. Wah!!!
So yeah... the panic is starting to set in. It was so pleasant when it was MIA and excitement was the only thing keeping me busy :o/
