I've been putting this together for some time, and it's been on my mind for even longer. So here is the coveted Cylon CD that I've put so much love into. It has hints of Baltar and Caprica as well, but they're only slight. This is all Cylon love around here. I hope you enjoy listening as much as I did making it.
Again and Again by The Bird and The Bee
Everything happens again and again. Also, you couldn't keep Caprica away from Baltar, they obviously would do it again and again. And even in the end, after all the other relationships, they came back together.
Ordinary People by John Legend
When they were all on Caprica, every last one of them were just ordinary people. Hardly any of them knew they were cylons, especially the Fantastic Five. And now since they know what they are, they'll take everything else in stride.
Voulez Vous by A*Teens
This entire song is really revelent to Cylons. Especially when they were blowing up the 12 colonies. This version has a really great beat to it and I throughly enjoy it.
Time Has Come Today by The Chambers Brothers
The day they set the nukes off. Caprica and Baltar were somewhat in love and she protected him. She gave her life for him that way. Their whole relationship changed. His whole outlook on life changed.
The End of the World by Skeeter Davis
People just went about their day the day the nukes went off. This is from the Cylons' point of view. That some part of theirselves was upset. Very upset. They made connections on the Colonies to humans, cared, and even loved people there. This is them saying goodbye almost.
War by Edwin Starr (I know I spelled his name Star on the cover, does it really matter?)
They didn't want to go to war with the humans. They only wanted to turn them to their point of view really, except for One, Four, and Five. They wanted Humans to understand God, and War is what happened.
Love and Understanding by Cher
There wasn't enough love and understanding between the cylons and humans (except that group who wanted to talk to them back in season one I think) but the human's neglect and hate toward the cylons is what made them hate them. They just didn't understand them and they underestimated them.
For What It's Worth by Buffalo Springfield
This is the people on New Caprica when the Cylons invaded. Plain and Simple. "No body's right, when everybody's wrong."
All Along the Watchtower by Bear McCreary, Feat. Bt4 (aka BSG)
The song that made the Four on board Galactica activate. How can this not be included?
Times They Are a Changing by Bob Dylan
From their war with the humans came about a civil war of the foes. From that civil war came about allies to the humans, Two, Three, Six, and Eight. The times truely changed.
Earth Song by Michael Jackson
This is the song of the first Earth, the Nuked Earth. How upset they were, and how disappointed. "What about all the things you said we were to gain?"
This War Is Over by Melissa Etheridge
After the battle against The Colony, when Starbuck put in the coordinates that lead them to the second earth, the war was truely over. They came home.
Get Together by The Youngbloods
"Come on people now. Smile on your brother. Everybody get together. Try to love one another right now." Their titles and the differences between the cylons and humans were evaporated, they got together and made a whole new race of people.
