I'm trying to get myself in shape for Pride, both mentally and physically. I'm losing body fat but not weight - wtf? I doubt I'm gaining muscle. I'm determined to get my hair cut today, although given what I want I'll have to go to some place near work. I love the places near home, but I can only communicate so much with pantomime. My chinese is nonexistent.
Today I finish work at 4, then it's hair cutting and off to the 519 for Lesbian revengers and to Carlu at 44 Yonge st for some kind of sarcasm, then The People's Gala at Church/Wellesley for6:30. If I stop having fun I'm just going home.
Thursday there's Libido at the Gladstone. Not sure if I'm going.
Friday It's the trans march at 7, and hopefully getting together with
cleasai ,
misslynx and Carolyn for drinks or something.
Saturday it's brunch, then Take Back the Dyke. At 6 I'm meeting up with a friend and doing the site. At 9 I hope to catch Cyndi lauper in Queens Park. Later, if energy is still up I may try to go to Cherry Bomb, but I work at 10 the next day, so that's a bit iffy.
Sunday I work until 4 and then will dash to Queens Park for Lea Delaria.
