Pro-ana groups
I'm indifferent to pro-anorexia groups, and I don't think they need to be hounded off Livejournal. If people want to band together and die that's their business. I'm highly in favour of people doing whatever they want with their own body, even if it creeps me out. I personally prefer anorexics over bulimics because anorexics leave more food for others whereas bulimics eat the food but don't use it, and are therefore wasting the food.
These kinds of behaviours are attempts to gain control over their lives. If people would just leave them the hell alone they'd be better off. Trying to "help" just draws more attention to their bodies and confirms that that's all they are to people.
