Spent all weekend raking leaves. A house that sits on an acre of land with a lot of trees sounds pretty until all those leaves fall down. Took me all weekend just to do the left and right sides of the house. The backyard only has a few leaves which can be sucked up into a lawn mower.
Friday morning we got primer that was tinted the color I wanted the house to be. That afternoon Will primed the entire north wall of the house. That color looks awesome on the paint chip, but on the house it looks like crayola crayon sky blue. At first I was thinking it needs to be toned down a bit with a slightly darker shade, but the more I look at it the more it grows on me. Gotta make a final color choice soon because painted on primer is only good for 60 days and then it looses its primer ability of making the paint stick to the house.
