RP: Catching up

Summary: Ariel and Erica hang out and catch up.

Ariel was glad to get a chance to hang out with Erica again. They didn’t get nearly as much of a chance to hang out, so it was nice when they did. Erica worked crazy hours, like she did, she thought, but they both also had other things going on. Ariel tried her best to keep up with Harley and Thad, and of course, spending time with Ezra.
She’d invited her over to just hang out, told her she could bring her guitar if she wanted, or just whatever. It was her day off, and it was undemanding. She’d made cookies and had more dough in the fridge to chill; she wanted to bring them into work for her coworkers tomorrow. Mondays always went better with something sweet.
Tiana and Sunday were happy to have a visitor, though she was trying to keep them from inflicting themselves too enthusiastically onto Erica. “Don’t mind them, they like company,” she said with a grin. “Tell ‘em down and they will mostly stay there.”
