What with one thing and another Kudzu hadn't seen Chris in far too many weeks. Considering they lived so much closer now, it really was a shame. Especially because with a real kitchen, Kudzu had started to overcook for their two person household. He knew Chris didn't need extra, but he also knew he'd actually appreciate it. So he'd sectioned off a few smaller meals in tupperware and loaded it into the truck. Now he waited eagerly on the front steps. Everything had been going well lately and for once in his life, he actually longed to be more social. Life was a funny old thing.
