Living on fast food was starting to get on Kudzu's nerves. He missed things with subtle tastes and good ingredients. But if he wanted to cook, he needed ingredients and there was just so little time. Finally, he settled on just stopping at the first grocery store he saw on the way back from a job. He took a cart and then a moment to reconnoiter the area. Orienting himself by the produce aisle, he set about getting the ingredients for a large batch of gumbo, figuring that if he froze it, he could have food for a week or two. He decided to grab some chicken and extra vegetables too. He could decided what he was actually making later.
