The colors were amazing. Ty had been going to Pride events in Fort Worth for years, since he moved to town, really. He never got tired of seeing people relax and have fun and just be outrageous. It was a beautiful day, and the crowd was bigger than it had been last year, which had been bigger than the year before and so on. It felt good to see how people were getting more comfortable celebrating their pride instead of feeling a need to hide it just because some people didn't approve or accept them.

Since he was taking photographs and on the job, he'd decided to wear a pair of jeans and a white tank top. He knew he looked good, even without the random admiring glances, and he was sorta looking forward to bragging to Alex that he might not be some twink in his early 20s anymore but he could still get leers. Alex would get leers even when he was old and wrinkled, no doubt.

He took a shot of rainbow colored glitter flying through the air and laughed when some of it got in his hair. This was an assignment that he was going to enjoy. Getting paid to do something like this was one of the best parts of his jobs.

As it was business as usual, Alex was dressed in work clothes, choosing a waistcoat over a suit jacket today. His concession (and a good one he thought) was the luridly rainbow tie he'd found in a thrift store a while back.

He saw Ty hard at work, looking perfect as ever, and he came over, wrapping an arm around his waist and kissing his neck, spluttering when he came away with glitter.

"Babe, as much as I love you in this den of crazy, you don't taste awesome with glitter on you." He said, grinning as he wiped his mouth off.

"You'd better be my boyfriend or else someone's getting a punch in the nose," Ty said, lowering his camera as someone kissed his neck. He could smell Alex, fortunately, so he was just teasing. The fact that he knew Alex's smell wasn't something he planned to examine too much.

"I always taste awesome, glittered or not." Ty turned his head and kissed Alex. "Mmm. You're always delicious. Did you get the table set up for the water? Think there'll be plenty of people who will want a bottle, even if it feels pretty good right now."

Alex kissed back, tempted to put on a bit of a show given where they were, but really, that was for people who needed to show off.

"Yep, got it all set. Even brought one for a sexy photographer who's going to get sunburnt if he isn't careful." He held out the bottle with the rainbow logo next to information about Angel Abbey. "Did I need to bring sunblock as well?"

"Oh, uh. Sunblock. Right." Ty laughed. "Nah, didn't think about it, actually. I'll be fine, though. I won't be in the sun all day or anything. If I start feeling it, I'll grab a shirt out of the car." He deliberately flexed his arm. "Hate to cover up too much and obstruct the view."

He grinned as he took the bottle of water. "Thanks for this. I'm planning to get photos for a couple of hours, at least. You want to hang out with me for a bit? Or do you need to deal with the water?"

Alex rolled his eyes a little but ran a hand obligingly over Ty's arms. "Babe, you're a view no matter how clothed you are." He wrapped an arm around his waist. "Just don't complain if I say I told you so." He kissed him again, nipping at his lower lip a bit. "Gotta take care of the man I love, mm?"

"I've got someone on water, thought I'd take a look around. Remind myself that however things look, there's crazy lurking just below the surface of a lot of us." He laughed. "And gotta make sure no one tries to make out with my man." He gave him a squeeze.

"Yeah, you do." Ty's smile widened even more. "Cause you love me." It still felt a little unbelievable to hear Alex say it so easily, even though Ty had know how he felt for months. He honestly hadn't thought the words would mean as much they did. "And I won't complain. I've got a sexy boyfriend who can later me up with lotion, after all."

Ty laughed. "I don't think anyone's gonna try to make out with me. Besides, it'd only be fair if they thought about it since I'll be stuck watching a bunch of people try to win you at that auction tonight." He pouted before stealing another kiss. "I have a plan for that, though, so I won't have to suffer too much, hopefully."

"After giving you a spanking for not taking care of yourself." Alex decided to throw propriety to the wind and pulled Ty close for a long kiss, one hand firmly cupping his ass. "Mm, they better not. And no one's going to get me but you." He promised with a squeeze. "No one gets me but you."

"If you promise me spankings, I'll never take care of myself properly," Ty pointed out when Alex drew back from the kiss and he had a chance to catch his breath. "No spankings is a better incentive, but I'm definitely holding you to the spanking." He leaned forward to nuzzle Alex's neck and kissed his jaw. "You're mine, so don't worry. No one else is gonna get you."

Alex snickered, dropping his head onto Ty's shoulder. "Oh babe." He sighed, settling comfortably against Ty. "Then I'll find another form of punishment. Though if you're not careful you'll end up with a Dom on your hands."

"Nah, not worried about that. You look great in leather, but I'm not into pain or taking orders all that much. Anymore than you're into all that kinky stuff if it's not mutually appreciated," Ty said. He enjoyed playing with Alex. Well, before everything happened with Alex's stuff, but the hardcore stuff had never particularly interested him. "Spanking is good, though, especially if you kiss it better." He waggled his eyebrows before kissing Alex's forehead.

"You totally take orders." Alex protested, grinning. "All I have to do is bat my lashes and you'd do anything." He kissed him again, mouth still stretched in a grin. "But nobody get's to hurt my baby." He squeezed Ty's ass again. "Well, no one but me."

"Mmm, maybe. Might be some licking." He leaned in to nibble Ty's ear. "Maybe even some... penetrating." He was going to do it. Soon, somehow.

"Whatever, Angel. That's not taking orders. That's giving in to make the man I love happy." Ty smiled. "The thing is, I have the option of saying no, so there's some freedom there. I know there's some choice even in the Dom thing, but it isn't the same." Ty kissed the tip of Alex's nose. "No hurting, don't worry."

Ty shuddered when he felt Alex's teeth scrape against his ear. "Yeah? That'd be...good." He'd missed feeling Alex inside him, even if he liked the sex life they'd adapted since the impotence happened. A toy wouldn't be the same, but it had been months since he'd had anything but fingers, so he'd enjoy it, especially if Alex was the one using it. "Should probably stop kissing you or we might get arrested because I can't stop."

"Mm, tomayto, tomahto." He smirked. "I'll start counting the times you do say no, just for posterity."

He licked at the strong cord of Ty's throat. "Don't wanna. Think we'd blend right in." On any other day, he'd want to stop, but not today. His blood was hot, and he wanted. Oh, he wanted.

He bit down gently, sucking on a spot. "But in the interests of letting you get back to work.... raincheck?"

"I'll just start saying no to prove a point if you get too cheeky," Ty warned, leaning in for another kiss.

Ty groaned. "Probably would blend in, but I don't want anyone to see your face when I drive you crazy." He tilted his head so Alex had better access to his neck. "Raincheck for sure. Can't wait, baby."
