Demi had done everything on her checklist for Erica over the last couple of days that two girls could think of. Getting her car situation figured out, taking pictures for the insurance if they needed them, and dropping by Erica's apartment had taken up most of her Saturday before work. She'd gotten back by the hospital though, dropping of sweats so that Erica didn't have to stay in the hospital gowns, the letter containing Erica's grandmother's phone number, as well as a few goodies.
She was rather looking forward to lunch with Ezra. She loved her best friend and really didn't mind doing things for her, but she was grateful for the chance to just breathe for a little while. She grinned at Ezra as she spotted him coming into the diner. "Ez!" she called, waving him over. "Good to see you outside of Muse's walls."
